The Franklin River Blockade 1983, Tasmania - Part 1 and 2. Produced by The Wilderness Society

On December 14th 1982, the Tasmanian Wilderness Society began an onsight blockade of construction work on a dam to flood the Franklin River in south west Tasmania. This action was the culmination of 7 years protest against the proposed dam.
